Introduction
The University
Hochschule Anhlat is a public university with three locations in Germany, namely Bernburg (Saale) , Dessau-Roßlau and Köthen. The university hosts a significant number of international students, reflecting its global appeal and the international nature of many of its programs. As of recent data, approximately 2,000 international students are enrolled at Anhalt University. These students come from various countries around the world, contributing to the university's diverse and multicultural environment.

Problem statement
The application process for international students is frustrating due to outdated software, complex legal frameworks, limited service understanding, and inadequate communication. This is especially challenging for students who face language barriers, unfamiliarity with the local education system, and intricate visa processes. Additionally, the absence of a mobile-centric application system further hinders accessibility and convenience. The application portal, aims to digitalize the application process, ensuring it is simple, intuitive, and elegant, with a focus on mobile accessibility. This transformation will enhance the experience for international students and help universities attract talented applicants.
