Problem Statement
Humans spend at least 30 percent of their entire life at work, which is around 90,000 hours in total. Most jobs today require an ample amount of time sitting in one place for a lot of time. For example, office employees, doctors, bankers, software engineers, artists, designers, sonographers. Most people are so occupied in their work that they don’t realize that sitting static or repetitive motions (working in the same position and using the same tools for a long amount of time) can causes serious health problems, namely musculoskeletal disorders.
Kyphosis is a condition that causes spinal disorder in which an excessive outward curve of the spine results in an abnormal rounding of the upper back. The condition is known as "round back" or in the case of a severe curve as "hunchback.". It can also lead to breathing problems if left untreated. Other disorders can result from back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and calf pain. They
can also worsen over time and if left untreated can cause health problems that will lead to a lifetime of suffering.
